Brian Hartline: Week 7 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 16, 2013

Hartline's total of 332 yards and two scores (one more than last year!) through five weeks is a solid one, but all three of his best fantasy efforts came in the first three weeks; he's been quiet for the last two, catching a total of seven balls for 94 yards and no touchdowns. However, he's still been consistently targeted, and this week he draws a Buffalo defense that's been among the most giving in the league to wide receivers.
It wouldn't be surprising to see a high-volume day out of Hartline this week, so a rebound to something in the range of 80-90 yards wouldn't be surprising. However, despite having already exceeded the one touchdown he managed in each of the last three seasons, Hartline's not a big downfield target or a red-zone guy, so he's always an iffy proposition to score a touchdown.
