Lamar Miller: Week 7 Fantasy Outlook
Just when things were starting to look up for Miller after he averaged 5.8 yards per carry from Week 2 through Week 4, he turned in a 15-yard dud against the Ravens before the bye. Look for things to be better this week, as the Bills have allowed the fifth-highest rushing yards per game in the NFL.
Miller hasn't been missing the talent; he's been missing the touches on a Miami team that has gone to the pass a lot more than the run. He averaged 4.9 YPC last year, and even with this season's two duds, he's still at 4.2. The Bills can be run on, and they tend to have a lot of rushing attempts against them, which is great for Miller, who hasn't yet seen more than 14 carries in a game this year. Backup Daniel Thomas has been increasingly marginalized, which should only help Miller's case.
