Stephen Gostkowski: Week 7 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 16, 2013

Gostkowski, maker of 16 out of 17 field goals this year, has been the greatest beneficiary of the Patriots' hamstrung offense. He leads the NFL in three-point conversions and should be a fine option again this week against a Jets defense that figures to slow down the New England attack.
Gostkowski's only missed field goal of the year came in Week 2 against the Jets, but that's not much of a concern. He's attempted three field goals in five of six games this year, and that plus his extra points make him arguably the game's best fantasy kicker right now. One tiny concern: the potential return of Rob Gronkowski, who would improve the Patriots' red-zone efficiency, thereby taking points away from Gostkowski. There can only be so much "-kowski" success at one time.
