San Diego Chargers rookie wide receiver Keenan Allen is quickly earning his way into fantasy lineups.

While Allen may have been sneaking under the radar heading into this week, the secret is fully out of the bag now. The Cal product went for nine catches, 107 yards and a touchdown on Monday Night Football, as his Chargers wrestled a surprise 19-9 win over the Colts.

This comes after Allen combined for 11 catches, 195 yards and one touchdown over the last two weeks.

The Chargers are dealing with injury issues at the wide receiver position, but quarterback Philip Rivers and the passing offense continue to produce. The Chargers entered their game with the Colts as the NFL's third-ranked passing offense.

Allen is quickly becoming, along with tight end Antonio Gates, Rivers' favorite target.

The 21-year-old led all Chargers with seven targets in the first half. Last week, Allen had nine targets against the Oakland Raiders. That trailed only Gates who had 10 targets.

Allen is a smooth wide receiver. He is a natural pass catcher and polished route runner for a rookie. He will continue to produce quality numbers in this prolific offense and should be viewed as a solid starting candidate in all formats moving forward.
