Baldwin caught just one pass for nine yards during the 49ers' 32-20 win over the Cardinals on Sunday. While he again started as the No. 2 receiver on the team this week, Baldwin saw just two targets all game.
After a few others failed in their bids to start opposite Anquan Boldin this season, Baldwin was expected to be given the chance over these last few weeks. However, Colin Kaepernick continues to fail to see all of his options if the initial read breaks down, and Baldwin, along with numerous others in this passing attack, has been unable to get consistent looks from his quarterback. In three games as the team's No. 2, Baldwin has seen just six targets which he has turned into just three catches for 28 yards.
