Hunter carried the ball three times for 11 yards and a touchdown against the Cardinals on Sunday. Though his yardage total was virtually non-existent, Hunter did manage to find the endzone for a third time in his last four games.
Hunter's fantasy value is still derived from being the primary handcuff to an aging Frank Gore. However, the complementary back is still finding a way to be productive as the team continues to give him carries inside the red zone. Should anything happen to Gore this season, Hunter's value would skyrocket with the potential increase in work.
