DeMarco Murray Injury: Updates on Cowboys RB's Knee

The Dallas Cowboys' running game may have taken a very serious hit on Sunday, Oct. 13, as starting running back DeMarco Murray was forced to leave in the second quarter against the Washington Redskins with a sprained left knee. 

USA Today's Lindsay Jones and NBC's Sunday Night Football Twitter feed provide the news:

Murray has a left sprained knee, the Cowboys announce. He's in the locker room.

Murray missed Weeks 6, 7 and 8. He is active for Week 9.
