The New England Patriots pulled off an incredible comeback that was capped off with a beautiful 17-yard pass from Tom Brady to Kenbrell Thompkins in the end zone with only five seconds remaining.

Here's another look at the game-winning touchdown:

New England covered 70 yards on eight plays in 68 seconds on the final drive to pull out a 30-27 victory.

New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan couldn't believe it:

The Patriots had trouble catching passes on previous possessions with the game on the line, but Thompkins came through with an acrobatic catch on a perfect pass to hand the Saints their first loss of the season.
