He is active for Week 7.

Chris McCosky of The Detroit News passes along a statement from Joique Bell discussing his ribs injury:
“It just popped out,” said Bell. “The x-rays came back negative, so I’ll just take it day by day, do the proper rehab for it and try to get back as soon as possible.”
Bell said he got bent backwards when he was at the bottom of a pile of players. He said it popped.
“I played another play to see if I could go through it and I couldn’t,” he said.
Joique Bell had seven carries for 25 yards and one reception for eight yards before leaving the field at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Detroit's rushing attack has been held in check for most of Week 6. Excluding Reggie Bush's 39-yard burst, the Lions have struggled to generate much push on the offensive line in facing the Browns' eighth-ranked run defense.
After notching two touchdown runs in the season opener, Bell has established a solid role as the Lions' No. 2 running back, recording at least four catches in each of his previous five games.
The 220-pound Bell is a downhill runner whose return would help Detroit close out this game, as the Lions try to run the ball up 21-17 in the fourth quarter.
Until then, the combination of Bush and Mikel Leshoure will have to be counted on to deliver the goods on the ground for the Lions.
