Boise State vs. Utah State: Live Score and Highlights
Final Boise State 34, Utah State 23
The Boise State Broncos now (4-2, 2-1 MWC) took on the Aggies of Utah State, now (3-4, 2-1 MWC) in Romney Stadium Saturday night.
This game was dominated by Boise State, but Utah State refused to give up. The Aggies kept it interesting late, but overall it was a convincing win for head coach Chris Petersen and his Broncos.
This now gives Boise the inside track to a MWC championship game, but they still have games against fellow Mountain Division teams Colorado State, Wyoming and New Mexico.

Final Score: Boise State 34, Utah State 23
My score prediction of 37-21 in favor of Boise State was fairly close. I also thought Shane Williams-Rhodes would be the X-factor, and he was.
Boise State now moves to 2-1 in the MWC and 4-2 overall. The Aggies drop to 2-1 in the MWC and 3-4 overall.
Injury Update: Demarcus Lawrence seems to be okay. Back in the game.
That is about the fifth pass I have seen dropped by Boise State receivers tonight. Maybe the bye week had some effect.
Broncos seem content to just run the ball. But, you have to wonder why they haven't been doing that all 4th quarter?
This game is getting sloppy as Utah State fumbles and the Broncos get the ball.
That is five turnovers for the game between the two teams, but four of them are in the second half.
Southwick just threw another pass up for grabs. That isn't like him.
Not sure what happened over the bye week, but you have to think they fix that next week.
Boise State probably wants to run its "Hurry-up" but "Slow-it-down" offense right now.
This is Joe Southwick's first two interception game... Ever!— Jay Tust (@KTVBSportsGuy) October 13, 2013
The two-point conversion fails. Boise State leads 34-16 with 14:12 left— Bronco Beat (@IDS_BroncoBeat) October 13, 2013
Some excitement in a game that was getting sleepy.
How will Boise State respond?
I guess Joe Southwick won't be leaving the game as soon as we thought.
