Before leaving the game, the senior signal-caller was 18-of-27 passing with 170 yards and a touchdown. He added 12 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Franklin was one of the biggest reasons the Tigers were able to get out in front of the No. 7 Bulldogs.
However, it wasn't all bad for Missouri, as Franklin's replacement, freshman Maty Mauk, came in and got a first down anyway, via The Macon Telegraph's Seth Emerson.

The Tigers were able to score a touchdown on a double pass from Bud Sasser to L'Damian Washington to put Missouri up 34-26.
The Tigers went on to win 41-26.
