Joe Girardi decided to sign a deal that will keep him as the manager of the New York Yankees for another four years on Wednesday, spurning the Washington Nationals and Chicago Cubs.

With Girardi gone, teams like the Nats and Cubs must find new ways to fill their vacancies, and they're looking for new options.
