Houston Texans fans have been critical of Matt Schaub's rough start in 2013, but it reached another level on Tuesday for the troubled quarterback.

CBS Houston had previously reported that a law enforcement source said two fans arrived at Schaub's home and berated him.

“A fan went to his house and told him off,” said the source, adding that another person “took pictures of his family,” which were allegedly posted on Facebook. Fortunately, neither Schaub nor anyone in his family was hurt.

The report went on to state that the angry fans "left on their own accord" before Houston Police arrived, and that Schaub and the Texans reached out to NFL Security about gaining extra assistance from local police after the incident.

The Houston Police later denied that "angry fans" approached Schaub's home, but confirmed there was suspicious activity.
