Bolden ran five times for 24 yards and caught six passes for 40 yards Sunday against the Bengals. He was among the team leaders in targets with eight.
Tom Brady locked in on Bolden as a security blanket in response to a tenacious Cincinnati defense that kept pressure on him throughout the game. Wet conditions and a lack of time to throw the ball did not allow Brady to take his usually shots downfield and resulted in more looks for the running back.
