BenJarvus Green-Ellis : Recapping Last Name's Week 5 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor October 8, 2013

Green-Ellis rushed 19 times for 67 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Patriots. He was targeted once in the passing game, but did not record a catch.
Given his last two performances, in which Green-Ellis posted a combined 42 yards rushing, this is to be considered a breakthrough performance. The reality is that Green-Ellis has not been very good this season, averaging just 2.7 yards per carry coming into Sunday. With an effective, younger alternative in Giovani Bernard, Cincinnati isn’t likely to add to Green-Ellis’ workload anytime soon.
