The Denver Broncos open as the biggest favorites ever for Week 6's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

RJ Bell of Pregame.com provided the opening line:

Peyton Manning has thrown for 20 touchdowns, with another score on the ground, and only one interception. Jacksonville's quarterbacks (Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne) have combined for only three touchdowns.

Denver has averaged 46 points per game this season and has not been held under 50 in either of the last two weeks. Let's check out what comparison ESPN Stats & Info came up with:

Yikes. This could be another huge week for Manning and the Broncos offense, unless the starters are out by halftime.
