Philadelphia Eagles vs. New York Giants: Live Score, Highlights and Analysis

It wasn't your classic battle for NFC East supremacy, but it was Eagles-Giants smashmouth football all the way. After an ugly, sloppy battle, Philadelphia climbed out of MetLife Stadium in New York with a 36-21 victory.

The win moved the Birds to 2-3 on the season, and they now have a chance to take over first place in the division with a Dallas loss against Denver. The G-Men, on the other hand, remain winless and are now 0-5, their season quickly spiraling out of control.

The big story to come out of the game, though, was Michael Vick coming down with a hamstring injury late in the second quarter. Nick Foles came on in replacement and played well enough to lead the Eagles on four scoring drives. Do we have a quarterback controversy in Philly?

No doubt they aren't too worried about it after getting back in the win column this week. Scan the live blog for all the highlights and analysis of the big Eagles win.
