Tim Howard had a moment to forget against Manchester City, as he scored an unfortunate own goal—with his head.

With Everton trailing 2-1, City were awarded a penalty for a foul on Pablo Zabaleta.

Sergio Aguero wasted no time in assuming responsibility. He composed himself, stepped up and shot low.

Howard got a hand on the ball and pushed it onto the post. But it cannoned off the upright, came back and hit the keeper on the head before dribbling over the line.

Joy for Aguero and City, woe for Howard and Everton.
