Stevie Johnson Injury: Updates on Bills WR's Back

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson left the team's Thursday Night Football matchup with the Cleveland Browns in the first quarter after suffering an apparent back injury.

It's unclear how Johnson was injured. As reported by Tim Graham of The Buffalo News, Johnson took himself out of the game after a 1st-and-10 incomplete pass and was in obvious pain:
