The news just keeps getting better for Jack Hoffman.

Many will remember the eight-year-old for his 69-yard touchdown run in Nebraska's spring game.

Now the brave kid continues to receive good news in his battle against cancer. After winning an ESPY earlier this year, doctors gave Hoffman the news that his cancer was in remission.

Hoffman continues to cheer on his favorite player Rex Burkhead, who is now a member of the Cincinnati Bengals.
