Jake Locker Injury: Titans QB Being Evaluated for Hip Injury After Being Carted off
Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker was carted off the field on Sunday afternoon after being hit by two New York Jets defenders.
As noted by the NFL on ESPN, he suffered what appeared to be a hip injury:

It's a scary thing any time a player has to be carted off the field.
He left LP Field in an ambulance, as noted by Jonathan Hutton of 104.5 The Fan:

Locker had thrown the ball before being struck by Muhammad Wilkerson, who appeared to hit him late. Then, after Wilkerson had knocked him back, Jets teammate Quinton Coples drilled him from the side.
Neither player was flagged for their hits, but both appeared to come late.
Before getting injured, Locker was beginning to look like the franchise quarterback Tennessee envisioned when he was drafted in the first round.
He threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Justin Hunter in Week 3 and had thrown three touchdowns against the Jets, which was the same number of incompletions that he threw in the first half, as noted by ESPN Stats & Info:

Losing Locker won't be the end of the world for the Titans, as veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick will fill in for him while he's out. That said, the Titans will miss their electric playmaker for as long as he's out.
