Five years into John Hammond's tenure as general manager of the Milwaukee Bucks, he decided it was time for a change. Big change. During a hectic off-season Hammond hired a new head coach and entirely new coaching staff, and he brought on board 11 new players. Even a much desired playoff berth last season had not solved the Bucks problems. Finishing as the eighth seed in the East meant an early exit in four games against the Miami Heat as the Bucks battled more among themselves than they did against LeBron and D-Wade.
