Bubba Watson, Willie Robertson Will Be Guest Pickers on ESPN College GameDay
All you have to do to become a guest picker on ESPN's College GameDay is win the Masters or start a multimillion-dollar duck call empire.
GameDay host Chris Fowler tweeted out this week's guest pickers with the college football preview show heading to Athens, Ga. where Georgia will host LSU. On set, Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson will represent the Tigers, while 2012 Masters winner Bubba Watson will represent the Bulldogs (h/t Kyle Porter of CBS Sports).
Watson is a UGA alum and helped the Dawgs to a SEC golf title in 2000. According to his official website, he didn't graduate immediately from UGA but returned in 2008 to obtain his degree.
Robertson, the CEO of Duck Commander, graduated from Louisiana-Monroe but is a fan of the Tigers. He resides in West Monroe, La.
The duo will be picking the winner of Saturday's big one between UGA and LSU, as well as a number of other intriguing contests.
Across the SEC, a number of potential upsets loom, as Alabama hosts Ole Miss, Florida takes on rival Kentucky and South Carolina travels to face a red-hot UCF team.
Additionally, Oklahoma will look for redemption from last year's loss to Notre Dame, Ohio State will host Wisconsin's explosive rushing attack and Oregon will host Cal in what might be the shootout of the year.
Both Watson and Robertson are quirky and strong personalities, making them ideal guest pickers. With the two of them together sitting next to Lee Corso, who knows what could happen.
GameDay will spark Week 5 and run from 9 a.m. to Noon EDT on ESPN. LSU and UGA will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
