Jose Canseco Tells Twitter Followers How to Fix Baseball

Following the announcement of Bud Selig's retirement after the 2014 season, per MLB.com, Jose Canseco took to Twitter to announce his campaign for commissioner. 

Canseco then tweeted out his 10-step plan for fixing baseball, most of which consisted of ideas that only he could come up with.
