Jason Kendall Reaches Milestone With 2,000 Hit

Jason Kendall reached the 2,000 hit milestone last night against the St. Louis Cardinals. Kendall is just the eighth catcher to reach this mark and he has done so very quietly compared to the prestige of the accomplishment. He reached this mark in his 1,868 game.
