Eastern Kentucky Punter Gets Tricky, Punts to a Teammate for a First Down

Eastern Kentucky punter Jordan Berry has an extremely accurate foot.

Up 42-24 against Morehead State on Saturday, Berry lined up for what looked to be a punt that was going deep. But it instead found his wide receiver, who picked up the first down past a group of dumbfounded defenders.

According to NCAA rules, as long as the ball is caught behind the line of scrimmage, it's a live and legal play. Why he didn't throw with his arm is an entirely different matter.
