Jermichael Finley Injury: Updates on Packers TE's Concussion

Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley was forced off the field and into the locker room during the first half of the team's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals after taking a hard hit from Bengals safety George Iloka, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Tyler Dunne on Twitter:

Hard hit by George Iloka on Finley over the middle. Did not look good. Whiplashed. Trainers checking out the tight end on the field now.

Finley is running off to the locker room right now.

Finley was then ruled out for the rest of the game after suffering a concussion as a result of the hit, according to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer:
