There is a "good chance" that AC Milan will sign Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor in the transfer market this season.

The Italian "big boys" wanted him 12 months ago, but were not successful as he signed a new contract for the London club.

Milan is not the only team to be of interest in signing him. Chelsea have also put there name in to be a possibility.

Boss Arsene Wenger, has "no problem" with selling the player, but says he is part of his plan for the team's future.

Adebayor has said that the chance of him staying at the club is "100 percent," but its not stopping Milan from trying.

Milan president, Silvio Berlusconi has confirmed the interest in the deal and is positive about persuading Adebayor to move to the San Siro.

He told the Italian media, "There is a good chance that we can get Adebayor."
