Michael Vick Injury: Updates on Eagles QB's Ankles

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was forced out of Week 3's Thursday Night Football matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs late in fourth quarter after taking one of his many sacks on the night. Per Eagles Insider on Twitter:

Michael Vick sacked for sixth time, gets hurt. Nick Foles has to go in with 1:07 left

NFL Around the League provided an update after the game:

Vick rolled both ankles. Said the pain went away quickly and he would have gone back in the game if the Eagles got the ball.
