Sometimes, one more rep isn't always the best idea.
YouTuber MikeBURRITO posted this video of himself achieving a PR (personal record) on his deadlift, then trying to add 30 pounds and passing out. No description here can outdo his own:
At the Kosciuszko Community Center Deadlift competition in 2013 I weighed in at 239lbs. my opening lift was 525, then I PRd my second lift at 570, then took a quick nap after trying 600.
To all those concerned, MikeBURRITO is OK despite his tumble.
