Parachutist Lands on the Pitch During Non-League Match at Salisbury City
We've seen a lot of strange things land on football pitches over the years, from beach balls to pigs' heads and beyond. Now we can add a parachutist to the list.
It happened during Saturday's non-league clash between Salisbury City and Chester, when according to BBC News a charity skydiver was forced to make an emergency landing inside Salisbury's Raymond McEnhill Stadium.
His soft landing was heralded by a round of applause from the crowd.
