Lousaka Polite has been signed to a three year, $3.7 million extension, reported ESPN.

Polite was one of the unsung heroes for the 2008 Dolphins. He will mostly be remembered as the unstoppable tractor-trailer that converted every third and short or fourth and short that he attempted.

Polite is only 27 years old, 6', and weighs 245 pounds. In order to repeat the success that the Dolphins' running game had last year, giving Polite this extension was key.
It looks like the re-signing process for next year already has begun!
