Jason Castro missed all of 2011 with a torn ACL in his right knee and now has a cyst in the same knee. Since he's arguably their most valuable player at the major-league level, the Astros are understandably concerned. He had the knee drained Tuesday and should be able to finish out the season, but if he's sitting every third game just to be safe, he'll lose some of his Fantasy value. Keep an eye on the situation, but since he's at his hottest right now, batting .432 (16 for 37) with four home runs in 13 games, and has good matchups again this week, you should probably stick with him...
