Already trailing late in the fourth quarter on the road to BYU, the Texas Longhorns' Saturday night went from bad to worse when starting quarterback David Ash had to leave the game with an injury.
According to Kirk Bohls of the Austin American-Statesman, Ash was apparently shaken up after being taken down at the tail end of a scramble. He was replaced by backup Case McCoy:
