Here's a simple one for you all to consider.

When (not) will Manchester City replace Manchester United as the top team in Manchester?

The bare facts are that City are the rising star, with an enviable financial position and youth set-up.

Manchester United have dominated because of one person Sir Red Wine Ferguson and he's gonna retire at some point I the next couple of years.

When that happens things at Old Trafford will have to change.

City of course is gearing up for changes all through the organisation.

The question is which year will be the one in which the world sees City as top dog?
