Florida State 41, Pittsburgh 13 - Final Score

It was complete and utter domination for Florida State in the season opener against Pittsburgh.

The Seminoles spoiled the ACC debut of the Panthers.

After a fast start, Pittsburgh was not able to contain Florida State freshman quarterback Jameis Winston. He lived up to the hype, completing 25-of-27 passes for 356 yards and four touchdowns. He also had a rushing score.

The Panthers just could not slow down a Florida State offense that totaled 533 yards on the night.

By the end of the game, Florida State had made a statement that it is a national title contender to be reckoned with.
