Boston Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino left Sunday's game at Fenway Park against the Chicago White Sox with a hip contusion.
Mark Daniels of the Boston Herald initially reported that Victorino looked to have re-injured his hamstring, and noted that he was substituted for Jonny Gomes:
It looked like Shane Victorino just hurt his hamstring again. Jonny Gomes now in. Jackie Bradley Jr. will probably be on speed dial— Mark Daniels (@mdaniels06) September 1, 2013
That thankfully wasn't the case, because according to NESN.com's Jenny Dell, the two-time All-Star's ailing hip should only keep him out on a day-to-day basis:

Victorino won't miss any more time as he returned Red Sox's lineup on Sept. 2, according to Rob Bradford of WEEI.com.
