Avery Bradley Not Worried About Possible Contract Extension
Kevin Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

BARRINGTON, N.H. -- Avery Bradley said he isn't worried about the coming deadline to extend his contract or the possibility of becoming a restricted free agent after the coming season. Teams can reach extensions with a player during the final season of his rookie deal until Oct. 31, but Bradley doesn't sound very concerned with whether he and the Boston Celtics hammer out a long-term contract by then. If the 22-year old does not sign an extension by Halloween, he will almost certainly become a restricted free agent next summer.
