Tristan ThornburghSocial Media StaffAugust 28, 2013

Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals featured the Chicago Bulls trying to earn their sixth NBA title and second three-peat, this time against Karl Malone, John Stockton and the Utah Jazz.

There were rumors swirling that this season would be Michael Jordan's last. All eyes were on MJ to see if he could earn his sixth ring.

With the clinching game coming down to the final minute, Jordan had scored 41 points before this sequence of three plays that solidified his legacy.

The video with commentary is chilling.

The Bulls went on to win their sixth title by a score of 87-86. As we all know now, Jordan couldn't stay away from the game and would return as a Washington Wizard. But had this been his final play, it would've been a fitting career ending for His Airness.
