My Favourite Moment In Leeds Defeat To Millwall

Whilst Leeds United dreams of a return to the Championship in time for the end of year died, my favourite moment was Jermaine Beckford's decision to push over a Millwall player who had made a late challenge, berating him for his challenge in the process.

That's right Mr Beckford, you tell him. But didn't you get away with a ridiculous elbow on the Millwall 'keeper in this very fixtures just a few months ago. Didn't you escape with a booking, and go on to score?

Pathetic, for all that's been said about Millwall, I hope they enjoy their trip to Wembley, they've done it the right way, fairly, and you could see how much it meant to their fans at the Den on Saturday.

Elland Road was a Library for the second half tonight, when the team needed their fans to raise their voices the most, they failed to deliver. All that talk about a 37,000 sell-out being the key was overrated.

What now for Leeds? Beckford and Delph will say their goodbyes surely, but who else will run out of patience with Ken Bates pet project. (I've my reservations about anybody who allegedly refuses to live here for tax reasons).
