Johnny Manziel has been suspended for the first half of the season opener against Rice.

The reigning Heisman Trophy winner endured a six-hour interview with the NCAA on Sunday and has been under heavy scrutiny as a result of allegations that he received money for autographed pieces of memorabilia.
