Kobe Bryant: Most Valuable or Most Overvalued?

Two conference semifinal series seem to be coming to an end.
Soon, two other series, which are currently at 3-2, will be as well.
Listening to The Herd yesterday morning, Colin made a great point about Kobe's Lakers—they are soft!
Colin, I completely agree with you. Yes, Kobe is a good player; however, I question if he is great.
Why? Because Michael Jordan would never let his Bulls teams lose to teams that had both of their stars out, not to mention lose by 12 after being down by nearly 30 during the course of the game!
Sure, Kobe may get his team to the Finals again, but he will not be strong enough to help his team to the championship. Yes, Kobe has made plenty of big shots to change L's into W's but to be known as the next Michael Jordan type player he needs to win a title without Shaq. Until then he is nothing more than a great player who could never take his team to the top.
So, the question is: Is Kobe Most Valuable or Over Valued?
