Jacksonville Jaguars vs. New York Jets Live Blog: Analysis and Reaction

Brad Hill@CaliforniaJag and JaguarsBlogContributor IAugust 17, 2013

The Jets have defeated the Jaguars by a score of 37-13. The game was a lot closer than the score suggests, as the Jaguars held a 13-10 lead at halftime before the Jets scored 27 unanswered points in the second half. Still, it was an impressive showing for the Jaguars' first-team offense, and I believe Blaine Gabbert ran away with the quarterback competition tonight.

The Jaguars head home next Saturday to host the Philadelphia Eagles; hopefully the offense can continue to build the momentum they created tonight, and hopefully the defense can learn from the mistakes they made this week.
