WWE Reality Check: World Heavyweight Championship, SummerSlam and More

The legends who once held the World Heavyweight Championship should be turning over in their grave with disappointment, and the ones who are still alive might wish they were dead when they see how irrelevant the title has become.

SummerSlam is quickly approaching and out of the seven matches people will pay good money to see featured on the card, the World Heavyweight Championship match is the least important.

It's suppose to be at least in the top three of important matches next to the WWE Championship and a traditional grudge match.

This year, the WWE Championship match has so much momentum around it with Daniel Bryan challenging John Cena. The grudge match is CM Punk versus Brock Lesnar.

There are matches with fire, divas and mixed gender tag teams that have more intrigue and importance than Christian versus Alberto Del Rio.
