NFL Draft, NFL, Los Angeles Sports, University of Hawaii Football, Breaking News

You're maybe wondering where some of your guys end up if not drafted in the League.

Many will perform in the Arena, the NFL Europa or the CFL, but some of them find a place in Europe.

Yes, I already mentioned the NFL branch, but this is not what I'm talking about.

Indeed, in Europe and especially in France teams hire former university players offering them a place to leave and giving them an income(about 1000€ per month).

I have to admit that the French championship can be quite boring for an American player, but it sounds like a great opportunity for those who want to learn French and discover that great place which is France.

That's why, many players end-up in France. I had the possibility to see a former third RB from UCLA playing on our fields, but also Linebackers and Quarterbacks.

So, think about it. Why should I stop playing football if I could played in France and be payed for that ?

But, don't assume that it's easy to integrate our league. We take the bests !

So, if you want to contact a club, you can go through the federation and its website (www.fffa.org)

Once again, think about it.

  1. Many an undrafted FA ends up in the NFL though, others actually major in something in college so they have a backup provided the NFL doesn't pan out, take former OSU QB Craig Krenzel for instance, he'll never be an NFL starter but he majored in microphysics (some kind of physics), meaning that his income as a scientist is much better than what French football pays, the kinda guy that plays in France is usually the Maurice Clarett type with some kind of criminal record, or the lack of an actual college education (some athletes only have to complete 6 hours of class time to qualify for sports teams)

    1. Yeah you're right and funny, but I thought discovering France and the language could be a good opportunity even for a futur physician.

      Take care.

  2. good article

  3. Nice job, Clement! Enoying the view from the other side of the ocean....

  4. Ya I thought so to dude but you'd be surprised at the short sidedness (is that even a word?) of American athletes, also learning a new language is incredibly difficult if you're beyond your teenage years
