Rob Gronkowski Selling Tampa Party Pad for $2.4 Million for Bros in the Market
Rob Gronkowski is hoping to add making a pretty penny off of real estate to the myriad things he is great at.
Busted Coverage reports the New England Patriots' star tight end and the nation's favorite party bro is listing his Tampa home for $2.4 million, which is a giant leap from the $1.6 million he paid to purchase the awesome home back in 2012.
Thanks to Realtor.com, we have some details and photos to see what life was like for Gronk whenever he headed south for beach season.
Just imagine the crazy amount of Zubaz pants that walked these hallowed halls.
From that brief glimpse, you can certainly assume this was the perfect locale to rest, relax and generally crush the summer like it was a figurative Natty Ice.
This all begs the question as to why Gronk would part with such a nice house in what seems to be a wonderful spot.
Busted Coverage did remind that Gronkowski's friends have been known to throw their own festivities, even when the Patriots star is absent.
BC's working theory is the NFL player may be ready to calm things down a bit. For those who live vicariously through his exploits, keep hope alive that he is simply looking for bigger and better accommodations.
That would be some doing, because this house is already filled to the brim with wonderful features. According to Realtor.com, the 4,781 square-foot house has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The three-story home also features a three-car garage, hot tub (of course), game room, outdoor grill, outdoor shower and elevator.
I've said it before and will offer it again: You can safely say you've made it when your house has an elevator.
So go ahead and break your piggy banks and make an offer. Word is the previous owner knew how to have a good time.
