Jason Marquis Set to Pitch Sunday; Cubs Ready for Phillies Tonight

Harry Pavlidis by Senior Analyst Written on April 11, 2008
Chicago
In an article from MLB.com on Jamie Moyer's longevity, Jason Marquis is listed as Sunday's starter. I'm glad to hear Jason's feeling better and that no emergency starter is needed.

Fukudome is playing center and batting 2nd tonight against Brett Meyers, who I quickly previewed last night. Daryle Ward gets the nod in right.

It may rain, which the Cubs don't need at all. A long outing by Zambrano is in order, after the short night for Hill and the two long extra-inning games in Pittsburgh.
