Like every other team in the NBA, the Spurs play a balanced 82-game schedule: 41 at home, 41 on the road. But with their annual rodeo trip, and the innate complexities of coordinating games across the country between 30 arenas, there's always bound to be some inconsistencies. That's especially the case with their 2013-14 schedule, the first three quarters of which stands as a monument to irregularity: * 16 of the first 27 on the road * 13 of the next 16 at home * 12 of the next 14 on the road, including the nine-game rodeo trip * 8 of the next 10 at home It isn't until the final 15 games, with eight on the road and seven at home, that the schedule returns to any semblance of consistency. Along the way the Spurs will play 19 back-to-backs, slightly more than last year's 17. Seven take place in the first six weeks alone, part of that stretch of 16-in-27 away from the friendly confines of the AT&T Center that could make or break the season.
