The Grizzlies open the 2013-14 regular season Oct. 30 on the road against the San Antonio Spurs — the squad that swept them in the Western Conference Finals last season. The Griz continue their start to the season with the home opener Nov. 1 against the Detroit Pistons in FedExForum. The NBA released a complete regular-season schedule Tuesday afternoon, and it also included a continuation of a Memphis tradition. New Orleans' visit to FedExForum Jan. 20 at 4 p.m. will mark the 12th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day game and cap a stretch in which Memphis hosts six of seven games over a 16-day period.
