Lewis to Get Hip Surgery, out for Rest of 2013

Another injury setback will cause Texas Rangers starting pitcher Colby Lewis to miss the remainder of the 2013 season, the club announced Tuesday. Lewis is scheduled to have surgery to remove bone spurs from his right hip. Most recently he has been rehabbing after undergoing surgery to repair a torn flexor tendon in his right elbow in late July 2012.
